    Catalog Review

    Catalog Solutions reviews ownership, royalties, metadata, visibility, and catalog organization.

    CS-007 Service Recommendation Report

    The client receives the Catalog Health Score™ and CS-007 Service Recommendation Report.

    Approve Recommended Service

    If the client moves forward within 30 days, 100% of the Catalog Audit™ payment may be credited toward the approved service or product that best serves the catalog.

    06

    Infrastructure Work Begins

    After payment, authorization, and service agreement, Catalog Solutions begins the approved setup, buildout, cleanup, or infrastructure work.

    Completion Report

    The client receives documented results, next steps, and recommendations.

    Catalog Care™ Offered

    If ongoing support is needed, Catalog Care™ may be offered privately after the project.
