Do you need my passwords?

No. Do not submit passwords through website forms. Catalog Solutions Group may ask for account status, platform links, screenshots, documents, and client authorization after payment. Any account access, registration submission, account change, ownership change, or platform update requires client approval.

Do you guarantee royalties?

No. Catalog Solutions Group does not guarantee royalty payments, royalty recovery, platform approval, chart results, or future earnings. The goal is to identify potential royalty collection gaps, review royalty infrastructure, organize registrations and metadata, and improve catalog readiness.

100% of the Catalog Audit™ payment may be credited toward the approved Catalog Solutions service or product that best serves the client's catalog needs, if the client moves forward within 30 days of receiving the CS-007 Service Recommendation Report. The audit credit may be applied toward approved buildout, setup, cleanup, and infrastructure services. The audit credit does not apply to monthly subscriptions, future renewals, rush fees, or third-party platform fees. If the client does not move forward with an additional service, they still keep their Catalog Health Score™ and CS-007 Service Recommendation Report.

After payment, the client completes intake, uploads available documents, and signs the required authorization or service agreement. Catalog Solutions Group then begins the approved audit, review, setup, cleanup, or infrastructure work.
